Returns and Exchanges®

If you have a problem or question of any kind, call us! We will do whatever it takes to rectify the situation or talk you thru it. We appreciate your business and want you to be totally happy with your purchase. Damages or defects that are not visible from the shipping carton must be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving your purchase.

Shipping Damage

If the shipping container appears damaged in any way, please take pictures of the damaged before opening. If, upon inspection, there is damage to the product, please notify us with 48 hours via email and include the pictures of the damage to the container and the product.

Defective Merchandise

If an item is truly defective or malfunctioning, please call us. At times, what may appear to be a defective item is actually an assembly problem. We will gladly walk through any problems you may have and replace an item that is truly defective. Please be advised, all our seats are made with natural leather. As such, there will be variations in the grain and appearance. These are inherent in a natural leather product, and not considered a defect.

No returns past 14 days without prior authorization.

Return Policy

We truly appreciate your business, and we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. However, we know that one of the drawbacks of internet shopping is that you can't try something before you but it. That's where our money-back guarantee comes in. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, please notify us within 14 days of the delivery date for a complete refund of the merchandise price. Customer is responsible for the shipping cost for return shipment. We do not refund any shipping charges.

Returning an Item

If you feel the need to return an item, it must by in resalable condition. Resalable Condition means that the product is in exactly the same condition as it was when you received it. In the event that the product is not in the same condition as you received it, you may be subject to a minimum 15% restocking fee, repair charge or disqualification.

When repacking the item to be shipped back to us, please avoid using duct tape or other adhesives that can leave a residue. Shipping charges for exchanges and returns must be prepaid by the customer. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
